Exchange guide

Standard exchange is ideal for one destination asset. Advanced exchange splits the amount across assets or networks.

Standard exchange

Exchange one sending asset for one receiving asset

  1. 01
    Choose assets and amount

Select the sending asset, receiving asset, and networks, then enter an amount to see the live estimate.

  2. 02
    Enter the receiving address

Confirm that the address matches the network, then submit the order to generate a deposit address.

  3. 03
    Pay and wait for confirmation

Before the countdown ends, send the exact asset and amount to the order address.

  4. 04
    Track the exchange

After enough confirmations, the order enters exchange and payout. Keep the query code to recover it.

Advanced exchange

Split allocations across receiving addresses

Select Add output to split one payment across multiple receiving assets. Each output needs a valid address for its network.

All output allocations must total 100%. Up to five receiving addresses are supported in this stage and can be configured later.

Order status

Four main stages

Awaiting deposit

The order was created and is waiting for payment to the deposit address.

Deposited

The on-chain payment has reached the initial confirmation threshold.

Exchanging

The system is executing the exchange or waiting for liquidity.

Completed

The destination asset has been sent to the receiving address.

Safety checklist

Verify the network and address before paying

  • Use only the deposit address shown on the order page and never reuse an old address.
  • Verify the asset contract, network, and order amount.
  • Fixed-rate orders require the exact amount before the quote expires.
  • If something looks wrong, keep the transaction hash and contact support.
